Fee Structure

Services can be provided at an hourly rate, or for a fixed fee which can be negotiated prior to the commencement of a particular town planning service. In most cases it is preferable for the client to arrange a fixed fee quotation, given that this provides a level of certainty with respect to budgeting this phase of the development process.
